Painted material not centered

I created an exterior material in PShop with the correct sizing. I created a new material and added the jpg, centered horizontally and vertically. when I applied the material, its not centered as I thought it would have done. 1 wall its centered while another is not.

according to the texture editor, it should be centered.tered.

the elevations are set to 'Realistic'.  I know you can move the texture around in hidden line and shaded.
