Pads don't show the cutting pattern underneath them

I want to see the fill cut pattern underneath the pad, but when the cut plan goes under the topography region, only a white fill appears

Unfortunaly, that's the only solution i founded.
In Brazil we call it "gambiarra".

LMAO! I can't believe that's the solution here. 

I learned that one back in kindergarten.  Then, we cut up colored crepe paper to create "filled regions".   That's the "old school" way - before Revit. 😉

If you want the topo to behave like you expect from a solid element, then you could convert it to a floor with modified subelements using Dynamo.

A floor would behave no differently. There's NOTHING there to show.

but when you create an Pad, also create an Topo underneath, and that should behave like the others Topo around, or not?
(that's the real problem, if you notice in the image from the topic, the Topo from the Pad behave well when the cut plan passes right in the heigh level of the primary Topo)

This probably happen because the topography created by the Pad can't create an solid if doesn't appear in the view, and the solution isn't easy...

I would split the topo as shown below and adjust each level's view Range to capture Levels below and 1x level above
