Overlapping view in sheets

Hi all,

i would like to create a floor plan view and a particulary senction.

I want the section overlap the floor plan and I want the section view be in front, masking what it is goin to cover.

That type of view are useful in construction site.

Any idea?

Views can't be masked. Also, the crop boundary must enclose just one area. You re just gonna have to move the cross section a bit to the side of the drawing.

try making a Section with a very small Far Clip Offset so to see only the cut objects and no background . If necessary you can also hide some cut items that you don't want to appear...

In Sheet View, place Section View over Plan View.
