Manage > Warnings is a possible option

In the past I have also done things with Dynamo script (due to too many duplicates in a project).

thanks maas....

dynamo seems to be the solution for that checking files... i'm a MEP guy so the problems are not with walls but with pipes(and fittings, accesories) which are overlaid.

There is a built-in function for that.

Then few other possbilities:

Use the system browser, looking for unexpected entries

You can select and show them in the project (and then delete them)

Creating schedule(s) can be another option.

You also could do clashing in Navisworks

That unfortunately does not always work with MEP elements.

Here I have 4 pieces of duct(fittings). One piece of duct is overlapping with another piece of duct (same length and position) however it is not signaled in overlapping elements. Probably because one is connected and the other not.
