Can´t change the appearance of my schedule (graphics and text)

It will not allow me to change the appearance of my schedule for some reason

I am in the correct phase

What can i do here...

Set view template to none.

For my project, the schedule does not have a view template applied.  What other reasons could cause all the appearance tools to be grayed out?  It looks like it is not just the Appearance panel either.  Also, many of the tools under Titles & Headers and Rows are unavailable.

I am having this same issue in Revit 2024...?  what was the solution?
