Organic Roof Structure using parametric design

I want to create a organic roof membrane form. I tried to create by massing in place with "adaptive component" and "pattern based curtain wall" family system but i am getting stuck. I have attached the organic form i want to develop using revit tools.

You are not far off from the right track. It would be easier for someone to help you if you explain more on

1. what you did so far
2. where did you get stuck
3. what were you expecting or aiming to do and what came out

some images would also help in guiding you to how to fix what you did and get it to work. But from scratch it is a bit to much
