Opening Server Based Central Model causes Revit to Crash

Opening one server based file in particular causes revit to crash throughout our office. The unusual thing is that if we open an older detached model first, the model opens just fine.

I have tried purging the model and detaching another newer version and creating a new work sharing model from that file and it crashes as well.

The model originated in Revit 2016, was converted to Revit 2018 and I am now running Revit 2018.3.

Try checking Audit when opening the file.

That allowed me to open the file without issue.
