Opening full Version Revit 19 Project in Revit Lite 19

I have a past project that I did in Revit 2019.  I want to start using Revit lite 19 to save money.  Can I open a full version Revit project in Revit Lite?  Do I risk losing anything?

You'll lose some functionality, but you shouldn't have an issue opening and continuing a 2019 project in 2019 LT.
