Open an .fbx file with Revit

Hello there,

I have received two .fbx files and I would like to work with Revit on this project.

I have already opened these files on Naviswork and tried to export them somehow, but I haven't been able to open the  existing model with Revit.

If anyone could help me with the workflow to get there I will really appreciate it!

Thanks a million 🙂

1. Import FBX in AUtoCAD and save as DWG.  Then link or import DWG in Revit.

2. Open FBX in Navisworks and save as NWD.  Then insert NWD in Revit as a coordination model.

Either way, don't expect to be able to edit it in Revit.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I also got the files in .obj, .mtl, .max.

Would you know any way to get an editable drawing on Revit?

Thanks again 🙂
