Only one user can load an image for a material and see it in the model properly

We are using BIM360 for our revit model (2021) and we use the BIM360 cloud as our server.

We are having issues seeing linked images for materials. If my coworker creates a material and links in an image, then I cannot see the image that was linked into the file. If I try to relink the material from my side, then my coworker can't see the material correctly, and it shows the link has broken.

Have all users added the shared image folder to Additional render appearance paths?

We did not. We added them but didn't notice a difference. Is there anything we need to do after adding the paths?
