Online viewer - Incomplete file

Hi,

We are working with a friend on a project and she is using Revit to create the 3D model. I do not have a Revit licence so I wanted to use the free online viewer to be able to see the 3D model, the different views she created and also the different sheets corresponding to the different plans. However, while I open the file in the viewer I do not have the entire file, I only have a part of the 3D model (see image attached) and none of the sheets… I checked with her and the size of the file I uploaded on the viewer is ok (same as on her computer). I already tried to delete and upload again the file but it changes nothing.

Do you have any idea where the problem could came from?

Ps: I join the revit file she sent me so you can check if it is maybe an option or parameter she activated without knowing

In Revit, your friend needs to define the "set" of sheets and 3D views to be published.  Once a set is defined, when you upload the model to the viewer, you will see the sheets and 3D views she specified.
