Numbering sequence in Schedule

I currently have a problem with numbering on the schedule. Because I'm currently making a manual, so when I add a line or delete a line, I have to retype it. Does anyone have the same problem and the solution Thanks.I currently have a problem with numbering on the schedule.

i manually number the parts highlighted in red, it takes a lot of time so maybe is there any tool to automatically number this section?
