Note Blocks not showing in the schedule

I went through the coded note set up with a Generic Annotation Symbol and believe I am linking it to a schedule correctly but the schedule is not showing the coded notes. What is the missing link to get the coded note to be on and update to a schedule?!

Does the annotation symbol have any parameters/labels?
