Not seeing linked file "design option"

I have a linked Arch file, which the Arch is telling me there is a design option to select for the phase of the project.

I am not getting the option for "design options" in my VG settings. Did I link in the model wrong or have something I can check to enable this?

So, you are saying that there is NO DESIGN OPTIONS TAB under the VGOs for the Link? It doesn't have any then.
