Not get Certificate

Hi ,
I have completed my efrontlearning course title Building performance analysis nd canot get code of certificate ,I have email to autodesk but there is no reply i am vry dissapointed please any one tell me how to get code ???

Hi,

 

Looking at the picture you posted, I can see that you still have to finish the feedback section of the course (it currently shows 66,67%).
Once you get it to 100% completed, you'll be able to see and download your certificate clicking the icon shown in the attached png.

Hi i was finished with my certifacate course revit architicture 5five years ago and i lost my certificate, can you help me to get a copy? Thanks
