Sometimes people accidently misplaced it or delete it. You can use the search function by right clicking on the view at the browser organization. If the view is not there, you can easily recreated it. Simply duplicate Level 1 and called it Site. Next in the view range, set the top to be 100' (30.5m) and cut to be 100' (30.5m). For view depth, set it to unlimited. As well turn on topography

Create a Site Plan.  The Associated Level for the Site Plan is typically Level 1. You can select Level 1, right-click and press Duplicate View: Duplicate from the down-down menu. Then rename the duplicated view "Site".   Activate the "Site" view and set your View Range, Scale and whatever else you want.  No different than setting up any view.
