No points were found in the file

Hello,

I am trying to create a topo from survey coordinates in txt file (csv never works for me for some reason Revit just wont open it, txt does) but this one is not working. Revit writes No points were found in the file and Some rows from the file could not be used.

It worked on other projects but this one just dont.

Hi! Convert file encoding in UTF-8.

Добрый день! Преобразуйте кодировку файла в UTF-8 и всё получится. Прикрепил.
