No Auto Route Solution Found

Hi all. I am trying to connect one pipe at 90 degrees with one I have already placed. I am seeing this error, cannot move forward..

I attach screenshots and file, thanks!

That error usually occurs when

  1. the connection fittings are not defined (applies to pipe/tray/duct systems)...You need to define those fittings for the type of pipe you are using
  2. OR (when you have the necessary fittings already loaded) when there is a lack of necessary space to place the specified connecting fitting.

 

To do so...

  1. Start the Pipe from the ribbon 
  2.  On the properties Palette >> go to Edit Type
  3. Under Segments & Fittings >> Routing Pref. >> Click Edit
  4. On the following Dialog >> Click Load family >> Navigate to the Pipes Folder and load the type of fittings to suit the pipes you are using
  5. Once loaded >> Assign the matching family to the right fitting from the drop down menus then set the Min.
  6. Click Ok twice to get back tot he view

You should now be able to route the system Vertically and horizontally
