Thank you for sending your error report CER_163780217 to Autodesk. I have no answer and my revit 2017 still is not running since 24 hours I installed
@Anonymous
Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..
This is a user based forum. We have no clue what this crash report is about or what's going on with your Revit (Since you haven't provided a lot of details about why it hasn't been working for the past 24 hours).

Did this resolve your issue? Please accept it "As a Solution" so others may benefit from it.
CER reports do NOT create any kind of Product support case with Autodesk. They are informational reports sent to Autodesk development. If you need to speak with support you will need to log a case with them to resolve the issue.

If you can please attach some journal files to a cloud service (A360, dropbox,etc.) and provide a link here. Here is some information where to find the journal files
http://autode.sk/2vHGzBK
Or you can paste this text in Windows explorer address bar or press WinKEY+R and paste it
"%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2017\Journals"
there. It will open up the folder. Find the latest 5 journals, select them, and Right click Sent To> Compressed folder. Upload the zip file to the cloud service.
