new floors in organizer

In my project I have copied in elevations of some floor levels to create new levels for different building.

But these newly created floors dont appear in organizer.

They would be automatically created only if you modelled them. When you copy a level and want a plan you need to go to "View, Plan Views" and choose the plan type you want.
