need help with rotating work plane (?)

im fairly new on revit and im trying to do this twisted facade for my building model but i have trouble bcs this work plane (i guess) is facing the wrong direction. how do rotate it like the one on the second picture?wht i havewht i need

 TAB-Select on it to find and select other Work Planes. 

Or, host a Reference Point to that driving Point and Tab-Select on the hosted Ref. Point until the Work Plane you want is activated.

You ought to give us the "10,000 ft. View".  In other words, show us where you are going and we'll tell you how to get there.  Right now, all I see is a point at an intersection.  Where the heck is that intersection?
