Need help to clean up exceeded panel family to meet my mass model edges

Hi...

I have problem with exceeded corner in my conceptual mass model as seen as followed picture.

Please kindly advice me how to clean up this corner (if you dont mind please show me in a short video to explain this, because im just a beginner... so im not sure can understand what you explain without a short video)

I also attach few file regarding to my exercise model for easier you to review and correct me.

Change the Border Tile Parameter to "Empty". See if you like that. 

BTW: A 2" Overlap is a known issue.

To deal with it, we inset Divided Surface boundary exactly 2".
