If you want to calculate how many LED lights per the light model length then create a calculated value integer  parameter, enter the formula:

Roundup ((Light Length - 24 mm) / 25 mm)

You have some light shorter than the 24 mm cap length, i.e. B_R7E = 19 mm.  If you still want to count them as one LED then use this formula:

if(Light Length < 37 mm, 1, roundup((Light Length - 12 mm) / 25 mm))

I see what you want now.  What is the maximum LED length available?

I think this 19mm will be deleted. But my problem is how do I create a formula that for actual length that will divide from drawing length. That the actual length with not exceed to 2m.

Base on the comment, I also wonder what will be the basis for maximum length. I attach the complete table below

Attached is what I can do.  If you want to automatically divide a light into segments of different stock lengths then I suggest you actually split them in the model.

This is very nice and thank you for this my friend. I will try your suggestion. By the way, why is it the Grand total not showing in sheet?
