I need to join finish layers smoothly, here is the picture where I marked layers' priority.

Is this what you are talking about?

If not, can you provide a little more clarity of what you are trying to do?  It's not clear to me from your screenshot.

Yes, I just want thin layer on top of the floor join with thin layer of wall. The other layers are connected correctly now, I highlighted borders of wall and floor to make it clear. If I extend floor a bit, it extends the core layer, which I don't want to

Tell you what; post your file and I'll see what's going on.

It's hard to maneuver around in your file because of the language.  But first thing I noticed is that you are Phasing construction.  This may be the root cause of your issue. Is the Wall and Floor in the same Phase?

...I think you posted the wrong file. This one is a Template (rte).  There's nothing modeled in it.

Yes, they have the same construction phase and demolishion phase is set to none in both floor and wall

Can you post the rvt? And tell me what view to open. I'm not bilingual, so it's a little difficult to navigate around in it.

You can open 3d view, this would be the easiest way to figure out the structure and what I'm aiming for

Yes, that ceiling part too, but I was originally asking about amphitheater steps, could you please look at them as well?

I can't find it. Show me a picture of what I am looking for. Maybe tell me the name of the view too.

Floor needs to fully overlap the wall, and then modify wall to unlock layers so you can extend them.
