Navisworks exporter glitch, can't select options

I been working with the Navisworks exporter for a while and I haven't had any issues until now. I installed everything as normal for Revit 2025, Navisworks 2025 and the exporting utility. I did notice that for the new utility there are two files, the regular installer and a file ending with .7z. I have never seen that extension before. When I try to export my file from Revit and I go to the options button I can only see the check boxes and the fill sections. I did the exact same installation on two different computers with the same outcome. Has anyone experienced this?

That's what I did, that's the only way I know of to even have the option to export.

Did you ever find a solution to your issue? I am currently experiencing the same glitch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the exporter about three times now and still have not had any success in getting my options editor to work.

Are your Revit programs up to date? I had issues that get solved once I update the software. They are currently working fine on all of my Revit versions and I honestly don't remember how it was fixed but I'm guessing an update did the trick.
