I want to create new section cuts in Navisworks, instead of the existing 6 that come pre-designed with the program.

Hi! I would suggest to use the Sectioning tool in VIEW POINT -> ENABLE SECTIONING; Then save the view in VIEW POINT -> SAVE VIEW POINT; Finally, in VIEW -> WINDOWS tick SAVED VIEWPOINTS to get the window displayed. I hope this helps.
