my stair tool won't generate automatic landing,

When I draw a stair cases, the automatic landing won't work. I am not sure why.

Are you stopping the run at a certain point to allow for a landing?  If you run it from start to finish as one run it is expecting to have a floor there, not a landing.

The trick is to draw the Stairs first.   

The project you posted has nothing in it.

Draw the Runs first then a Landing will be created to connect them.
