What do you mean by "snaps aint appearing in the section view".   Snaps don't "appear" in a view.  But Snaps can be turned off via Snaps on the Manage tab.

It doesn't appear for the entire view or just some particular area?  Is the section cutting the building at an angle?

Just what I thought. It happens to me sometime too - usually when working between multiple projects open in one session. Turn Snaps Off in one open Project; switch Windows to another Project and continue working  -- not remembering to Turn Snaps back On.  In fact, this behavior has always been a thorn in my side; that Turning Snaps OFF in one Window, Turns Snaps OFF in ALL Windows.  It should be isolated to just the ACTIVE Window.
