Mullion Family Issue With A Glass

Hi everyone,

I have a problem cant figure out with mullion I have created. When I load it into a project the glass is not fitted correctly.

Can anyone advise please.

It's probably due to an offset value for the mullion...

Is that the 2D Mullion profile you are using to create your 3D Mullions???  What LOD is that? Like 500?  Higher? 🤔

Edit the mullion type in the project and set Width on side 1 = Width on side 2 = half the width of the mullion.

And yeah, this is way too much details. Are you asking your contractor to mill mullions to custom dimensions or are they providing curtain walls as a system?
