Is this is Vault? I'm not familiar with how Vault & Revit work together so I don't recognize this screen... or is this a Revit screenshot?

Also, in your user's Data source config - check that the server's address is correct, check the password. You can also try from command prompt to ping the db server from their PC to ensure that there isnt some different network issue.
