Moving a project in its entirety

I have a project that I am working on utilizing point cloud data.  As its stands the project's level 1 is at -4' 7 1/2".  I need to move the project up so that everything moves uniformly so that the level can be at 0'-0".  When I click manage, position , relocate project I will reference the Level 1 at -4' 7 1/2" to a reference line at 0'-0" but will still have the same elevation values. 

I need level 1 = 0'-0".  I also need the point cloud and the model to move as well.

Unclip Project Base Point and move it to align with the Level 1.  Then re-clip it.  

I think he meant that but made a typo.

Yep, you're right. But, it was a knee-jerk reply in any case. A couple questions need be answered first.  Heck, the OP could even leave PBP where its at and still correct the elevation shown. 

...I'm interested in knowing what the OP meant by "I have a project that I am working on utilizing point cloud data."  How would the project's Level interfere with doing that.  See where I'm going @ToanDN?

I'm going to cut to the chase here.  You can't.   You need to manually move the Point Cloud.  But why do you need to change the Level's Elevation at all?  

BTW: Moving the PBP unclipped will reposition the PBP -- but not Internal Origin, which is what your Point Cloud is anchored to you if brought into the Project directly.   A better way to do Point Clouds, is to put them inside a separate Revit File and Link that Revit file into your Project.

I am sharing coordinates with the rcp file also I uncliped the project basepoint and survey point, repeated move project but it just shifited everything up without a change in the levels. right know the project basepoint and the survey point are at 0.  I need my level 1 to be 0 as it is -4' 7 1/2"

it doses not work.  I unclip it, selected it, move it but goes right back to its original level

What do you mean when you say “I dragged it instead and it worked”?  Dragged what? The Point Cloud?  The Project Base Point? Both?

Dragging the Project Base Point while UNCLIPPED, as is shown in the Accepted Solution, would not move the Point Cloud.  So obviously, you did something else. Either that, or you didn’t move the Point Cloud. Which is it?

I unclipped the project base point and dragged it to my level 1 which changed all levels uniformly

I see. So, you did NOT move the Point Cloud. I thought that was the objective. I must have misread your first post when you said: "I also need the point cloud and the model to move as well".

Yeah, I get it. But, unclipping and moving the Project Base Point doesn't do this (move the point cloud).   And, if it did (which I doubt); I'd sure like to know how. This information would be very beneficial to me and others.

Moving is relative. You can move a horse to its wagon, or move the wagon to the horse. Whatever is easier.

I never had to adjusted the level to be 0'-0" until this project that I just finished.  I was afraid that after all the work I did to model from the cloud would be effected if I moved the project to a new position. By dragging the project base point to the a level that is 0'-0", everything relatively moved to allow me to set level 1 = 0'-0".  Its pretty much reset the level 1 to 0'-0" while all the other level values adjusted accordingly without effecting the elements within Revit.
