For some reason I have lost the tool buttons in the MODIFY PANEL to join geometry and connect roofs.

Any clue on how to bring them back?

Cycle through different Ribbon appearances?  Restart Revit?  Update to 2018.2?

Actually, what you're missing is the Geometry tab.

It was there yesterday. 🙂

Is there an easy way to get it back?

I have cycled through the panels and restarted Revit , as well as restarting the computer.

@loboarch: Didn't you post a solution about this a while back?

There was a $20 bill in my wallet yesterday as well.  I know the feeling 😉

I would run a repair installation, or better yet, run 2018.2 update.

Not that I recall???  I am not sure what would cause that?  I would try and reboot, repair, and then re-install of Revit. In that order.

Installed the update and it sort of fixed the problem.

The Geometry Tab now appeared as a 'FLOATING TAB' . I did not even know they could do that. Interesting.

I can at least put it back now.

About time. 🙂

Yeah, been using Revit 11 years and I still learn new things with it.

Possible.

It appeared after I did the .2 upgrade.
