Modeling of Terraforce Retaining wall

What is the best method to model this kind of retaining wall in Revit.

Two level based generic model, with two overlapped arrays of a nested array.

You might try a railing for this - create the blocks as balusters.

I will try this. I hope I can control the number of blocks along with the height that can be controlled by the count parameter.
