Missing Revit 2017 Content Libraries

I downloaded the student version of Revit 2017 but somehow none of the content libraries are installed. I went through the steps on this article, but after I uninstalled the Revit Content Libraries, I ran the installer but I do not have the Uninstall/Change option available, so I cant install the content libraries. Is there a way i can download just the content libraries from autodesk?
