Depends on what you're going to be modeling in Revit. The scale of the projects is a big part of what pc to buy. 

 

As for brands, i build my pc's myself as i'm not a big fan of the combinations most brands make. (Sometimes there's crazy bottlenecks when the cpu and gpu performance is way out of wack).

 

From other people i heard some good things about dell's laptops, but i don't know how they're doing in the desktop departement. Most people seem to go more towards gaming pc's since the gpu's in there are mostly ok for 3D modeling as well.

The Dell XPS 8930 seems to be quite ok for Revit. The memorie could be extended if needed. (standard 16Gb)
