Metal deck profile usage problem?

Hey!

I want to create a roof, where is metal deck profile. See attachment for the profile shape.

I found the profile model from Autodesk http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html

How can I use it? Where to put it?

The profile model is ment to use in Slab metal deck, (profile usage) but I can not find that kind of menu to insert it?

Roof dropdown menu has: Roof soffit, roof fascia and gutter, but not a slab metal deck?

Meaning is to get a visible profile to the roof, also visible to 3D-view? Is it possible?

The option of using a profile for a metal deck is available when you create a floor, not a roof, of metal deck type, that you select from the available floor types in your template. Then Edit Type > Structure > Edit > select the metal decking material;  this will allow you to specify your own profile, so long as the profile has been loaded into the project before editing the floor. Be aware that this will not create a 3D metal deck as you expect. The profile will be visible in section views, and only when the detail level is not coarse.
