Materials Render White Only

When I try to render a view, all the materials render as white. I want them to render as the material textures. I have even tried to re-assign the materials with new textures with no success.

Notes: 

- The model was originally from 2013 and was updated to 2020 

- When viewing the model in realistic view, none of the materials are displayed. It only appears to be white with shading

Does anyone know why this would be the case?

Phase filter = Show Complete?

The "phase filters" contains numerous types. "Show complete" is listed and shows that new construction is displayed, however this did not change the render or realistic view.

I am asking you to look at the Phase Filter of the 3D View, not the list of all the Phase filters.

Sorry, I did not originally understand your statement. I did change the phase filter on the 3D view and it seems that some of the materials are now rendering their appropriate textures. However, all of the glass windows and the large curtain wall is still rendering white. I attached an updated screenshot.
