when drawing a wall, select disallow join so it ends at the right spot:

or just right click the blue point at the end of the wall and select the same:

Also, Revit 2025 has new features to more quickly allow and disallow joins

Create Parts from Walls and then create Parts MTO.  Problem solved.

There is no real solution. Proposed solutions do solve the issue but require A LOT of manual work if we're talking about a real building, almost impossible for anything more than three walls.

Since it's standard in my country to increase materials by 5% (for some items even more), we just forget that Revit calculates it wrong (it does it for several more things) and live with it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
