material take off not correct

I am creating a kitchen unit take off for some reason the qualities are not correct. When i click select all instances it picks the right amount. But in the take off its not the right quantity any ideasw?

Can you upload the screenshots of the schedule settings (all tabs- fields, filter, sorting and grouping....)?

When you re selecting "all instances in entire project", you are selecting the instances that belong to the same type. But you are scheduling family.  So, maybe you used two or more types?
