Is there a way to edit a material tag so that the text border appears as a rectangle with rounded sides? (similar to a race track as opposed to a regular rectangle) When I try to add lines to the family in the family editor the error says these lines aren't visible.

Seriously though @andrewmorrison324 : I think your Annotations Category is turned off if you are getting this:

Type "VV" and check under the Annotation Tab to see that everything is checked.
