Anyone please need help...!

I'm doing a connection materials from scratch, as per our engineer design.

And wanting to do my material schedule, I need to tag each materials but doesn't allow me.

It says there is no tag loaded Structural connections. So I open Libraries then Annotation then structural to load.

I choose M_plate Tag but message below pop up... Anyone knows why and what did i missed why not working?

Why not use Material Tag? (See GIF Below)

If you want to tag the material through a category tag, you will need to do the following:

  • Make sure the material in the connection family is a share parameter
  • start new generic annotation tag
  • Add a new label and add the shared parameter for the material
  • Load the tag to the project and tag on the structural connections

The message indicates the solution. Load a Generic Model Tag.  Or you could change the Category of the Tag you are trying to Load before using it in the Project.
