Material Sync Issue in Autodesk Revit: Missing and Grayed-Out Materials after Synchronization

I am encountering an issue in Autodesk Revit where, after another person synchronizes the model and I perform my own synchronization, the material they added does not appear and instead appears as a gray color.

This is how it looks in my computer after syncronizeThis is how it looks for everyone using the file and after they synchronize they see the colors and texture. not me
