Material Pattern line goes away when cutting element

I'm trying to create a element with locked material pattern. it is worked well for a isolated shape.

but when i cut the shape, the pattern runs away. and it will show the old pattern temporary.

and since that, i can't locked it correctly.

i think one of them is completely in the another one wall and after you use cut  this part will disappear or that can be come from your section line. this can be from material like the Cut pattern too but i dont think so.
if i had your file that can be more clearly.

There is a simple file. The hatch runs away when I cut the shape.

And when without cutting, the Hatch is related with the world coordinates of family.

But when cutting, the Hatch is related with the shape and can't be lock.
