Material Keynote in Families

Hi, I'm trying to add material keynotes to a family with more than one material and its not working.

Do you know if this works? Thanks

It works for us, as long as you are careful to be selecting the correct material element.

What is happening for you, are you getting any keynote tag, or nothing at all ?

Thanks! It works! I insert the keynote value inside the family but I missed to insert the same value in the project... now it worked!

Hello @Anonymous

Check the following

If you have material assigned?
If the Detail Level is set to Course/Medium then set it to Fine after Tagging you can switch back to Coarse
Check the Type of parameter the material is set to in the Family Editor and if it allows for tagging the parts of the family individually when loaded into the project
