Material Changes Troubleshoothing

I need some help. 

I am trying to change materials/colors of different components. 

Multiple surfaces change appearance even though the material list names are different. 

For e.g. changing "Sofa fabric" also changes "Bed Cover" and "Cabinet wood Panel"

I just explained the problem on your other thread. You need to assign different Assets to the Material Names.  In fact, there are 8 Materials you may want to change the Assets of.
