material browser not popping up

Hi there I need some assistance with this problem, I have tried everything I know possible this is the only option I have left. I installed Revit 2020 and 2021 everything works fine until I try to open up the material browser, nothing happens. the screen just flashes and then nothing. I cant add any material through the material browser can anyone help me solving this issue, please. most appreciated.

It´s probably a graphic card problem. Try to disable it...

How? File - options - hardware. Then, restart your Revit.

Also, try these options:

1. Update your Revit using Autodesk Desktop

2. Sometimes you couldn´t successfully install the Material Library;

3. Update your graphic card driver

Thanks for your advice, greatly appreciate it. it was, in fact, a graphics card issue there were two graphic cards installed. the material browser pops up now.

FYI. I did a reinstall and that worked
