Mass Floors show in views but do not plot

I've been working with in-place masses and mass floors for a while now and I'm having a problem with my current model (which I created from the same template I've used for plenty of other models) where the mass floors are showing in my sheet views but aren't printing -- it's as if they are being turned off for the plot so that objects below are showing through. They are turned on in my view template and I also have a filter set up to color them based on the usage assigned - these filters are set up in the template I used and I've never had a problem with them before.

We've gone around and around on this in the office and we just can't figure out what is causing this.

Here's a snap from the sheet view:

And here's a snap from the print preview (the actual print output is the same):

Also: the ground floor prints just fine.

I'm not sure if this is related or not, but those lines in the first image should be dashed and dash-dotted. Currently I have my view range set so the view depth is unlimited (so I can see the ground) and the bottom is set to Level Below (in the view template). If I change the bottom to unlimited, the lines are rendered correctly.

Any clues what I can try here? We're completely stumped.

Thanks,

Dan

Hard to tell without looking at the Revit file.
