Making a default text on dimension line.

Hi!

I would like to make a dimension line, where I can predefine some text. I have a lot of dimensionlines on som elevation views and need a word at every tickmark.

Can I make a tickmark familiy with a Arrow Style: Diagonal + text or similar?

Or is it possible to selected multiple dimension lines and ad a text all at once?

In other words, are there other ways to add text to dimension lines, than double-clicking the dimension value and the adding it manual?

this is not possible.  you can use an existing tick mark type and duplicate it to change it to another type already designed in revit...not make a new one.

you can however use the prefix and suffix boxes within the dimension text dialog box to add your custom text...but you have to guess the exact locations.
