Currentl,y using AutoCad LT on Windows 8, Considering moving to Revit Architecture.

If purchase subscription for PC, windows 8 can I also within that subscription  use a copy on a MAC Laptop?

In the past when we had purchased the single product AutoCAD on subscription, we can sign into our subscription portal and download both the Windows & Mac versions to be installed and used by the same user only.  But since there is no Mac version for Revit, this is not available if you purchase the Building Design Suite Premium (BDSP) which comes with both Revit & AutoCAD.

If you are on subscription you would probably have access to a home use license otherwise you would need to use the license ransfer facility I think.
