Is there any way to do it?

 

Ps. Want to control it through Dynamo but It wont let me.

Why not just generate/create multiple types? I think this parameter is type driven/type based, so it would not be possible as an instance parameter. Not really sure though.

Cause if it is a Type parameter I don't think I'm allowed to change it through dynamo (using dynamo inside the project)

Can you change the dimming factor as applied through the Render Settings > Artificial Lights... dialog? This can be applied per instance per view. The Type would have to have the highest intensity needed, since dimming only reduces the intensity, not increases it.

 

Using a separate fixture type for each intensity level (Dim, Medium, Bright) is how I almost always do this, to avoid all the per-view complications.
